Do you need my social media password?
A public link is all you need. toosmm does not take social media login details.
When does an order start?
The average time in the price list is the average from start to finish for 1K. Normal tiers usually start within minutes, and Drip-feed tiers deliver gradually through the day.
What are the 30-day and 90-day guarantees?
If the count drops within that period after the order is complete, you can request a refill from Orders. Standard tiers cost less instead of having a refill.
How is Normal different from Drip-feed?
These are tiers for views and plays. Normal starts as soon as you order, while Drip-feed lowers the daily speed and delivers gradually.
Can I cancel an order?
Cancel a pending order from Orders and the full amount returns to your balance. Orders that have started run to completion.
What happens if only part is delivered?
The order changes to Partial, and the undelivered quantity is returned to your balance.
How can I top up?
Choose from USDT, USDC (TRON, BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Solana), BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL or LTC. Top-ups start at $20.
How does the top-up bonus work?
From $40, 10% to 50% is added depending on the amount. The bonus is added to your balance when the top-up is credited.
What is the balance used for?
The balance is used for toosmm orders. Amounts from cancellations and partial orders also return to the balance, ready for the next order.
I forgot my password.
On the login page, open the Reset password tab and enter your username, the recovery code from sign up and a new password. You get a fresh recovery code afterwards.
Can I order through the API?
Create an API key in Settings to use the service list, orders, status, balance, cancellations and refills in the API v2 format.
