Refund Policy

As of October 23, 2026

  1. 01Refunds go to your balance

    All refunds return to your toosmm balance, ready for the next order.

  2. 02Cancellations

    Canceling a pending order from Orders returns the full amount. Orders that have started run to completion.

  3. 03Partial orders

    For orders delivered in part, the undelivered quantity is returned to your balance.

  4. 04Refills

    The 30-day and 90-day guarantee tiers refill drops within that period. Standard tiers cost less instead of having a refill.

  5. 05Outside refunds

    Quantities that could not be delivered because of a wrong link, a private account, or a username or link change during the order are outside refunds.
