How it works

1. Create an account

Choose a username (starts with a lowercase letter, 3~24 characters) and a password (8 characters or more), accept the terms, and the account is ready.

After sign up you see a 16 character recovery code once. It lets you set a new password if you forget yours, so keep it somewhere safe. You can make a new code in Settings.

2. Top up

On the Top up page, press the button to open the secure PayGate checkout. Choose an amount ($20 to $5,000), a coin and a network, and enter an email for the receipt.

Send the exact amount shown to the address shown in the checkout. The checkout and its address stay valid for 60 minutes. A processing fee of 1% to 5%, depending on the amount, is shown in the checkout and added to the total.

3. Order from the price list

In the price list, pick a platform and type, then press Order on the tier you want.

Enter a public link and quantity in the panel on the right to see the total and your balance after the order. Place order takes the amount from your balance and opens Orders.

4. Tracking, cancellations and refills

Orders shows the start count, remaining quantity and status. Canceling a pending order returns the amount to your balance.

With the 30-day and 90-day guarantee tiers, you can request a refill for drops within that period after completion.

Pending

Received and not started yet. It can be canceled at this point.

In progress

The quantity is being delivered.

Completed

The full quantity has been delivered.

Partial

Part was delivered, and the rest was returned to your balance.

Canceled

Canceled, with the amount returned to your balance.
