Privacy Policy

  1. 01What we collect

    Username, a one way password hash, a recovery code fingerprint, sign up date, balance, and order, top-up and ticket records.

    The network address used at sign up is kept only as a one way hash, to apply the account limit.

  2. 02Social media account details

    Orders only take a public link. We do not take social media login details or passwords. We do not use advertising or visitor tracking tools.

  3. 03Recovery code

    The recovery code is shown once right after it is created, and the original characters are not stored. It is only checked for a match when you reset your password.

  4. 04Cookies

    We use only a cookie that keeps you logged in, a cookie that remembers your language, and a cookie that shows the recovery code for 10 minutes.

  5. 05Retention and deletion

    Order records are kept because they are needed to track progress and process refunds. To delete your account, log in and send an Account ticket to support.
